We took a day over Christmas break and went up to the Natural History Museum in DC. They have an exhibit about mummies and Max is studying ancient Egypt this year. It was very crowded but we had a nice time and saw some great things!

The last month of the year was a whirlwind indeed! Not sure where the time went but here we are in 2012! We had a wonderful Christmas and Advent season and we are spending today cleaning up, clearing out, and getting ready to start school again!

Elsie Jane Update

Elsie Jane had her 2 month checkup yesterday and she is doing really well. She weighs 12 pounds, 2 oz and she is 22 and a half inches long. You can see how it compares to the others HERE. She is really smiling and cooing alot. Her little eyebrows go up when she hears our voices especially when we say her name. She is sleeping most of the night and has a nice routine during the day. We are looking forward to celebrating her first Christmas!
