It was Tallahassee hot and sticky last night!

So very proud of my little dragon!

The Dragons had their first swim meet last night and although they got stomped on, my little dragon did fantastic!  Max swam three events last night and looked like a swimming pro!  Can't wait to see what this season brings for him.

Max with Ms. Becky:She runs the group fitness for the Y and was in charge of this event.  She has really encouraged Max and has created a program where everyone can have fun participating in tough fitness events.

Max rocked his first triathlon this morning.  He swam 50 yards, rode his bike down and then up a 1.6 mile hill, and ran .75 miles on a hilly trail through the woods.  We are so proud of him!  Now both the boys have completed triathlons-Guess it is Mommy's turn next summer!
